Indian Buffalo Meat is witnessing healthy demand in international markets due to its lean character and organic nature. We at PPE believed, that itís the right time to take this wonderful and unique product from India to our esteemed customers across the globe and hence we started our buffalo meat exportations in early 2011.The meat that we export is produced from animals procured from disease free zones and processed in the state of the art processing plants following world class sanitary and phytosanitary measures. The meats we supply are 100% certified Halal Meat.

Fore Quarter cuts (IWP)
  • Fore Quarter : 4 Rolls Of 5 Kg. each; 20 Kgs To A Master Carton
  • Cubes/Chunks : 20 Polybags Of 900 Grams each; 18 Kgs To A Master Carton
  • Shin shank : 20kg per carton
Hind Quarter. (IWP) (20 Kg. Master Cartons)
  • Top Side: Natural size pieces about 4 -5 pieces to a carton
  • Thick Flank: Natural size pieces about 6-7 pieces to a carton
  • Silver side: Natural size pieces about 3-4 pieces to a carton
  • Rump steak: Natural size pieces about 6-7 pieces to a carton
  • Tenderloin: Natural size pieces about 15-19 pieces to a carton
  • Striploin: Natural size pieces about 15-20 pieces to a carton
  • Mince: 40 polybags of 450 grams each; 18 kgs to a master carton
